How ordering works

  1. Submit your order request with flavors, quantity, and date needed.
  2. Chaeli confirms availability, final pricing, and pickup/delivery details by phone or text.
  3. Payment is arranged directly (Venmo, Zelle, cash, or card in person).
  4. Your order is baked fresh and ready for your confirmed date.

Lead time

Please allow at least 48–72 hours notice for standard orders. Larger event orders and bouquets may need more lead time — ask when you submit your request.
